Wall Street English Chile is looking for a Service Manager to work at WSE Concepcion, located in downtown Concepcion, on Lincoyan avenue.
Responsibilities:
Run the Service department
Meet with students on a daily basis
Assure quality service and learning accomplishments to our students.
Solve problems
Teach classes
Coordinate the Service staff, their shifts and duties.
Organize staff meetings on a weekly and monthly basis.
Work on internal revenue with the Sales team
Attend training sessions when needed.
Expectations:
C1 level of English
Teaching experience
Passion for service
Flexibility to work shifts
Flexibility to work Saturdays until 2pm
